About This Game
Nick and Tom are cursed into snowmen and have to fight their way to the top of the tower to break the spell. The mechanic is simple and satisfying: fire snow at an enemy until it is buried in a ball, then roll that ball into the rest of the crowd for chain kills.
The Famicom/NES conversion keeps the arcade's 50-stage structure, its bouncing movement and its two-player co-op intact, making it one of the better arcade ports on the system and a favourite for relaxed co-op sessions — right up until the boss stages, which demand precise snow banking and use of the level's walls.
- Snow-bury and roll mechanic with chain kills
- Fifty stages with boss encounters along the way
- Two-player simultaneous co-op
- Bouncing jump movement that doubles as a dodging tool

Tips & Strategy
Roll balls into corners, not into walls
A completed snowball travels until it hits something, so aim it along the floor and let it sweep the screen. Rolling one into a wall wastes the kill potential — instead line up the shot so it passes under a whole row of enemies.
Keep the screen's top clear
Snow shots arc upward, so enemies hovering at the top of the screen need you to shoot from below. Clear those first, otherwise you end up fighting the crowd with a ceiling full of shooters you cannot easily reach.
In co-op, stay on opposite sides
Two players firing from the same side simply snow the same enemies twice. Split left and right and roll balls toward the centre — the chain kills come twice as fast, and a stray ball will at least rattle your partner rather than kill them.
