About This Game
Snow Bros. is Toaplan's beloved arcade platformer about two cursed snowmen, Nick and Tom, fighting their way up a fifty-stage tower of monsters. The loop is instantly readable: snow-blast enemies until they are rolled into a ball, then punt the ball across the level to bowl over everyone in its path.
Its brilliance is in the movement â snowmen bounce when they jump, and bouncing into a wall reverses you into a controlled descent, turning the whole level into a trampoline. Power-ups from cleared balls (speed, rapid fire, full-screen clear) escalate quickly, and boss stages punctuate every tenth level with multi-phase duels. It remains one of the most popular two-player arcade games in Asia.
- Snow-bury and bowl-into-crowds core mechanic
- Bouncing jump physics that double as traversal and dodging
- Fifty stages with boss encounters every ten levels
- Power-up chain: speed, rapid snow, and level clears

Tips & Strategy
One ball is worth more than two
A fully rolled snowball bowled through a crowd chains kills and drops better pickups than half-burying several enemies. Focus one enemy at a time and keep the pressure on with the resulting ball.
Use the bounce to reach pickups
Wall-bouncing mid-air lets you correct your arc. High-value item drops often land on platforms a normal jump cannot reach â bounce off the wall and collect rather than giving up on them.
Corner the last enemy
A lone fast enemy is the most dangerous thing on screen. Herd it into a corner with suppression fire, bury it fully, and bowl it to trigger the stage-clear bonus.
Co-op: fire across, not at each other
Snow shots pass through your partner harmlessly, so cross-fire is fine â but rolling a ball into your partner wastes it. Agree who bowls left and who bowls right before the screen fills up.
